Introducing our fastest, easiest, electronic air threader overlocker. Simply insert your thread into the threading holes and ‘whoosh’ our air system guides it through the loopers for you. By pairing air power with an advanced needle threader, threading an overlocker has never been so quick or easy.
Why use an overlocker?
Whether you sew for fun or sew for work, overlockers are essential for producing professionally finished seams. Overlockers cut the fabric as they sew, giving you a clean finish on raw edges. They also encase seams with overlocking stitches, which prevents fraying.
What’s so special about the Airflow 3000 overlocker?

Electronic air threading
Simply insert your thread into the threading hole and ‘whoosh’ our air system guides it through the loopers for you.
Two-thread overlock stitch 5 mm (3/16 inch)
Use two threads and the left needle, producing 5 mm (3/16 inch) seams.
Use: For overlock stitching on suits, blouses, trousers and other garments.
Ideal for fine to medium materials.
Quick change levers
Keep the flow going with quick release levers for rolled hemming and deactivating the cutting knife.
Extra value
The Airflow 3000 comes with a trim trap, blind stitch foot, gathering foot and piping foot. So whatever material you’re working on, you’ll have the right tools for the job.
Excellent stitch quality
Achieve the finest of finishes on knits, stretchy materials, sheer fabrics and even Lycra.
Achieve outstanding finishing touches with flatlock, overlock, and rolled hem stitches on most specialty fabrics.
Differential feed
With a differential feed ratio of 0.7mm to 2mm you’ll get an outstanding stitch quality, no matter what fabric you’re working on.
